What You Can Do

You are permitted to use Layer Department digital downloads for an unlimited number of personal and commercial projects.

You may modify the files to suit your needs and use them when creating websites, popups, emails, branding, marketing materials, products, packaging, client work, and other commercial projects.

The final work you create may be delivered to clients or published commercially. Attribution is never required.


What You Can't Do

You may not redistribute, resell, lease, license, sublicense, or otherwise provide Layer Department digital products or their original assets as standalone files or as part of another downloadable resource.

You may not use Layer Department products, whether modified or unmodified, to create competing template products, design systems, asset libraries, UI kits, or other downloadable resources intended for resale or redistribution.

You may not share, distribute, or make the original source files available to anyone outside of your business or organization.


Scope

This license applies to all Layer Department digital downloads unless otherwise stated, including but not limited to Canva templates, Figma templates, popup templates, email templates, graphics, textures, wallpapers, and other downloadable design resources.
